All information on this site is up to date due to the agent changes of prices and is without notices.

Any of visitor use this site to search for information, visiting photos or looking for tours has to accept the terms and conditions of the site.

www.lareginacruise.com is registered website and works under the Tourism law and Internet law of Vietnam. You should not copy any of information or photos without our agreement.

Conditions for Reservation

+ QUESTIONS and INQUIRIES: Any questions for weather, hotels, tours or cruises can be send to us via our email. We will respond to you as soon as possible within 24 hours from Monday to Sunday weekly.

+RESERVATION / CONFIRMATION:

A. How to make reservation: Provides us name of services (tour code or tour name, number of days. your full name, date of birth, nationality, your urgent contact phone number, number of people and departure date of the trip, your hotel name and address in Hanoi where we will pick you up for the trip if available) then send to us via our email

B. Answer and Confirmation: After we receive your questions or reservation details, we will check available of services you have requested and will answer you or confirm as soon as possible by reply email. After we received your deposit, we will reconfirm details of your booking and itinerary if you book cruise, tours or hotel Accommodation.

+ PAYMENT:

A. DEPOSIT: A 30 % per person is required in advance to make deposit in order to hold and secure your reservation at the time of booking (sometime full payment will request depending on your departure date and type of services you would to book for).
For late reservation (less than 30 days due to the departure date of the trip) full payment for the trips or hotel reservation are required.
– Deposit or full payment can be made by credit card, telegraphic transfer or bank transfer (we will advise on our confirmation email)

B. FINAL PAYMENT:
Final payment will be made by USD cash or credit card at our sales office or at your arrival.

+ CANCELLATION:
Cancellations can be made by email or fax to us at above email or fax. If you cancel your reservation before 20 days due to your departure date of the trip, we then refund total 30 % of your deposit fee.
If you cancel your reservation less then 20 days due your departure of the trip. We will charge as 30 % and no refundable.

+ AGREEMENT:

– For deposit fee of the trip/reservation services is not including bank fees or transfer fees, customer has to pay extra for bank fees or transfer fees.

– For final payment at Laregina Cruise
If you pay by USD cash is no fee, if you pay by credit or debit card we will add as 3 % bank charge into total among of your final balance.

Customers Personal information:
Any of your personal information, which is required for the booking proceed, we will never be used for other purposes than our services (Tours or cruises, hotel reservation or vehicle rental)

DAY 1: HA NOI – HAI PHONG – LAN HA BAY

09:00-09:30 LA REGINA LEGEND CRUISE luxury limousine picks you up at your hotel at Hanoi Old Quarter to travel to
La Regina Private Lounge – arrive at around 11h30. The 2-hour journey from Hanoi to Got Ferry via the
new Hanoi – Hai Phong highway is seen as a much quicker and smoother than the classic 4-hour drive to
other ferries in Halong City. It’s a huge advantage when cruising with La Regina Legend Cruise.
12:30 Let your vacation start with a welcome drink and wet towel during the time that our Cruise Manager
introduce the safety briefing. The boat start to cruise to Lan Ha bay.
13:15 Delicious set menu lunch is served in La Corona restaurant.
15:30 Feel free to discover Trung Trang cave, one iconic and historic cave in Cat Ba island
17:30-19:00 Enjoy your time with the beautiful sunset on the bay and join “Happy Hour” – 30% Discount off all
drinks onboard
18:30 Join our Cooking Class on sundeck with the Chef on boat and learn how to prepare one of the most
iconic dish of Vietnamese cuisine.
19:30 Dinner is served on sundeck if the weather permit
21:00 Other option is to try yourself at Squid Fishing at the reception or watching movie in the La Magia
Restaurant on the third floor

DAY 2 : LAN HA BAY – HAI PHONG – HA NOI
06:15 Start your day with a Taichi session on the sundeck
06:45 Light breakfast is served in La Corona on the second floor
07:30 The boat anchor at Tra Bau area, it is time to discover the natural beauty of Lan Ha bay by kayaking or
swimming.
9:00 – 9:45 Back to the main boat for relaxing and check out at the reception, please put all your luggage at the outside
of your cabin, crew member will help to bring luggage on land.
09:45 Brunch is served in the restaurant while the boat heads back to the harbor.
11:30 Disembark at the harbor

9:30 Visit Viet Hai village in the midst of jungles, covered by high mountains range of the Cat Ba National Park
12:00 Back to the main boat for relaxing and enjoy the lunch
14:00 Enjoy kayaking at Ao Ech area which is one of the most beautiful area on Lan Ha Bay
16:30 Back to the La Regina Legend Cruise. Free time to enjoy beautiful sunset on the bay
17:30–19:00 Enjoy your time with the beautiful sunset on the bay and join “Happy Hour” – 30% Discount off all drinks onboard
18:30 Join our Cooking & Fruit Carving Class on sundeck with the Chef on boat and learn how to make one of the most iconic dish of Vietnamese cuisine and make some fruit flowers
19:30 Dinner is served on sundeck if the weather permit
